RCM templates
The RCM Templates screen allows the reliability engineer to maintain templates for RCM. Both the RCM structure and the failure mode mitigation strategies can be pre-defined on this screen.
Templates will be under revision control. RCM templates can be used to set up an RCM tree and relevant mitigation for defined failure modes. These templates can be imported on relevant equipment or other templates.
You can view and edit the Risk Assessment, Risk Analysis, or FMECA hierarchy structure for an RCM template on the RCM tab.
RCM failure mitigations can be added on the RCM Failure Mitigations tab.
Equipment classes can be associated with RCM templates on the Equipment Classes tab.
