Approval lists
On the Approval
List form, configure the system to track and control the authorization of
modifications to entities.
Create a revision control approval list to assign users to be designated for an entity revision record, and manage the list of users for an existing revision control approval list.
Set the installation parameter PMRVCTRL to YES to activate Revision Control. Contact your system administrator for more information.
