Setting up partner processing retry schedules

Set up the message processing retry schedule for the partner. See Reprocessing and redelivering messages.

To set up partner processing retry schedules:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Partners.
  2. Select the partner to configure, and then click the Record View tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    1st Retry again in [hh:mm]
    Specify the Hours and Minutes indicating the interval of time after which the system is to make the first attempt to reprocess messages.
    2nd Retry again in [hh:mm]
    Specify the Hours and Minutes indicating the interval of time after which the system is to make the second attempt reprocess messages.
    3rd Retry again in [hh:mm]
    Specify the Hours and Minutes indicating the interval of time after which the system is to make the third attempt to reprocess messages.
    4th Retry again in [hh:mm]
    Specify the Hours and Minutes indicating the interval of time after which the system is to make the fourth attempt to reprocess messages.
    5th Retry again in [hh:mm]
    Specify the Hours and Minutes indicating the interval of time after which the system is to make the fifth attempt to reprocess messages.
  4. Click Save Record.
