Defining account details definitions for Databridge setup

A multi-segment account code (account details) can be constructed when a requisition line item is created in HxGN EAM. This account code is important when a requisition is sent into a purchasing application. Specify the structure of the account to make it compatible with the account of the purchasing application. Define account details to define each segment of the account. HxGN EAM allows three segments in the account details.

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Setup.
  2. Click the Account Details Definition tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Segment 01
    Select one of the following accounts as the value of the first segment:
    • Organization
    • Store/Department
    • Cost Code
    • Fixed Value
    Note: If Fixed Value is selected, enter a value for Segment 01 Value.
    Segment 02
    Select one of the following accounts as the value of the second segment:
    • Organization
    • Store/Department
    • Cost Code
    • Fixed Value
    Note: If Fixed Value is selected, enter a value for Segment 02 Value.
    Segment 03
    Select one of the following accounts:
    • Organization
    • Store/Department
    • Cost Code
    • Fixed Value
    Note: If Fixed Value is selected, enter a value for Segment 03 Value.
    Segment 01 Value
    Specify a value for the Segment 01 account if Fixed Value is selected in Segment 01.
    Segment 02 Value
    Specify a value for the Segment 02 account if Fixed Value is selected in Segment 02.
    Segment 03 Value
    Specify a value for the Segment 03 account if Fixed Value is selected in Segment 03.
  4. Click Save Record.
