Tracking fuel costs for fleet configuration

Track fuel costs and separate fuels costs from other costs by associating part classes that identify fuel parts in inventory. Any parts of the selected class that are issued to vehicles as fuel are billed. Costs related to this billing category are shown on the bill.

Select Work > Fleet > Fleet Configuration.
Click the Fuel tab.
Click Add Part Class.
Specify this information:

Part Class

Specify the part class that identifies fuel parts in inventory.
Click Submit.
