Creating tanks for depots

Create tanks in which to store fuel at a specified depot.

To create tanks for depots:

  1. Select Work > Fuel Management > Depots.
  2. Select the depot for which to create a tank, and then click the Tanks tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Tank
    Specify a unique code identifying the tank, and then enter a description of the tank in the adjacent field.
    Fuel
    Specify the fuel to store in the tank at the depot. The system automatically populates Fuel Type, Volume UOM, and Average Price.
    Max. Tank Volume
    Specify the maximum allowable fuel volume. The system automatically populates Current Tank Volume.
  4. Optionally, select the Out of Service check box if the fuel is out of service.
  5. Click Submit.
