Adding remarks to the customer request
To add remarks to the customer request:
- Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.
- Click New Record.

Specify this information:
- Remarks
- Enter any remarks regarding the customer, work order, or request.
- Copy to WO
- Select to copy the remarks to the work order when you click
Create WO.
Note: If Copy to WO is unselected, the system saves remarks made to the customer request only.
- Click Save Record.
