Suspending the reprocessing schedule for multiple messages simultaneously

To suspend the reprocessing schedule for multiple messages simultaneously:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status.
  2. Click Suspend Retry Schedule.
  3. Select the records for which to suspend reprocessing, and then click Submit. The automatic reprocessing of the messages is suspended, Retry Schedule Suspended is selected for the records, and then the popup is closed.
