Reprocessing messages using the retry mechanism
- Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status.

Select the message to reprocess, and then click the Record View tab.
Note: Search for specific Outbound or Inbound Events using the search parameters.

Click Retry for
either the Processing Details or Delivery Details.
Note: Retry is only enabled if the current Processing Status or Delivery Status requires reprocessing or if a message needs to be reprocessed.
